The Tri-Country students are just about to finish their cross-country hike! They started their adventure from the Caribbean coast on September 22 and have been steadily making their way, on foot, all the way across Costa Rica. Last night they slept at a family homestay in Brujo and are continuing their journey today. Tomorrow they’ll be picked up and brought back to our rainforest base in Tres Ríos to prepare for the next phase of their trip: a service project in Nicaragua. We can’t wait to see their pictures and hear the stories about their epic hike.
