Favorite memory from course

This course was my first time ziplining. I thought the rainforest canopy was beautiful!

The service trip to Talamanca to replace a classroom floor was very rewarding.

Favorite meal from course

My favorite meal was beans and rice with chicken.

Favorite wildlife interaction on course

Seeing a sloth sleeping in a tree was surprising and made me feel one with nature. 

Most valuable lesson learned on course

I learned to value the small things by slowing down and being grateful for all the natural resources.

The most inspiring part of course was learning more about the Bri-Bri natives and their language.

How has your experience with Outward Bound Costa Rica had an impact on your future?

I learned how to be a world traveler and to dive in head first to new experiences.

What advice do you have for future participants of this course?

Don’t be afraid to go outside of your comfort zone.
