All Summer Expeditions Student Updates- July 26th

Our Pacific Surf & Cert #2 expedition is fully underway! Three students from Rainforest Hike & Homestay and one student from Caribbean Scuba & Service have joined together this week to finish their Summer Expeditions at Avellanas beach in Costa Rica. Over the next few days, these four students will become certified in CPR, AED and First Aid, as well as learn how to surf!

Farewell to our Rainforest Hike & Homestay #2 students! The group ended their course enjoying the scenery at Manuel Antonio Beach, whitewater rafting, and zip lining. Seven of these students are continuing on to either Caribbean Scuba & Service or Pacific Surf & Cert programs.

Rainforest Hike & Homestay #3

Seven students from all over the world have joined together to complete a hike through the lush rainforest of Costa Rica! This group of students come from Ecuador, United Kingdom, France, Vermont, Massachusetts, and Florida. Over the next two weeks, the students will test their limits while hiking between authentic Costa Rican homestays and waterfall rappelling.

Caribbean Scuba & Service #2

Farewell to our Caribbean Scuba & Service #2 students! This group of twelve students spent their last few days of course in the San San Pond Sak wetland reserve of Panama to complete the service part of their course. Activities included volunteering with baby sea turtles and helping to clean the housing units that volunteers to the wetland sleep in. We hope this group enjoyed their summer expedition!

Caribbean Scuba & Service #3

Seven students have come together this weekend in Panama to obtain their scuba certification and complete service projects in the San San Pond Sak wetland area. These seven students come from the United Kingdom, Dubai, California, Massachusetts and Georgia. During the next week, the students will learn the basics of scuba diving and complete their first dive! We wish them luck on obtaining their certifications and hope they enjoy the beautiful waters of Panama.
