TUITION & FEES

Course tuition includes all room and board, technical gear, instruction, and in-country transportation while on course. Airfare to/from Costa Rica, personal equipment, and personal supplies are not covered in tuition costs. Please refer to our packing lists to learn what students are expected to pack as personal gear and supplies.

DEPOSITS & RESERVING A STUDENT’S SPOT ON COURSE

Students must submit a course deposit to reserve a spot on any program. Deposits are credited towards the full course tuition.

Deposit amounts are the following:

  • Summer Expeditions: $500 (3+ weeks); or $200 (2 weeks)
  • Gap Year & Semester Courses: $500
  • Girl Scout Destinations: $200

PAYMENT METHODS

Full payment of course tuition is due 30 days prior to course start. If reservations are made less than 30 days prior to the course start date, full payment is due immediately.

We accept the following payment methods:

CREDIT CARD

We currently only accept MasterCard and Visa credit card payments. Complete our Credit Card Authorization Form and email to:

CHECK

Checks must be mailed 60 days prior to course start date in order to ensure timely delivery by the 30-day course tuition due date.

We only accept personal or cashier’s checks. We do not accept money orders. All checks must be in U.S. dollars and issued by or payable through a U.S. bank.
