Discover why local sea turtle populations are in danger and learn about local solutions and long-term goals while helping out with needed projects at their conservation base. You will have the opportunity to work in their natural environment and might even help release newly-hatched turtles.

After your service project, head to the famous Caribbean archipelago of Bocas del Toro to begin the process of becoming scuba certified. Immerse yourself in Caribbean culture and work alongside your coursemates as you cook with local ingredients, sleep under thatched roofs, and learn first hand about the way of life for this small island community. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens forms the basis for our life-skill development for this course.

Discover more of the archipelago as you sea kayak through spectacular tropical mangrove areas and over remote shallow tropical reefs before spending the night at a distant indigenous island. Test your tenacity as you learn to wakeboard perfect your wakeboarding technique on some of the most ideal, calm warm waters found anywhere on earth.
