Events Security Staff are vigilant, professional, and service-oriented individuals who ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests at our events. Events Security staff work in both indoor and outdoor settings, depending on the type of event, and interact closely with guests to enhance their experience at Beech Mountain Resort.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor event areas to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests
• Control access points and manage crowd flow to prevent unauthorized access
• Check IDs to verify age for restricted areas or events
• Respond promptly and calmly to any incidents, ensuring swift resolution
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff, providing assistance and information as needed
• Ensure all event areas remain organized and safe

Requirements or Qualifications:

• Outside work in winter conditions is required
• Prior experience in security or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments
• Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
