As Executive Chef at SKY Armory, you’ll lead a high-energy banquet kitchen where execution matters, teams matter, and food is a key part of unforgettable events. From weddings and galas to corporate celebrations, you’ll set the culinary vision and then roll up your sleeves to make it happen.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a fast-moving banquet kitchen team
Oversee high-volume service while maintaining quality, timing, and consistency
Collaborate with sales and events teams to create standout guest experiences
Manage food costs, labor, inventory, and kitchen systems with confidence
Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
What you bring
Proven leadership experience in banquets, catering, hotels, or event-driven kitchens
Strong organizational skills and calm command during service
A balance of creativity and operational discipline
Passion for mentoring teams and building positive kitchen culture
Flexibility for nights and weekends—because great events don’t happen on a schedule
Why SKY Armory
Large-scale, high-impact events that keep things exciting
A collaborative leadership team that respects the kitchen
