About the Job

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion graphics and animation, as well as a passion for aviation and technology. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing motion graphics and animations for our marketing materials, product demonstrations, and training videos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for motion graphics and animations
• Design and create high-quality motion graphics and animations using industry-standard software
• Develop storyboards and visual treatments for projects
• Work closely with the video production team to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into video projects
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to enhance the quality and impact of our motion graphics
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders
• Assist with other design projects as needed, including print and digital materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in motion graphics and animation
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for aviation and technology is a plus
