Ronco Homes is hiring a full-time Multi-Trade Technician to handle punch lists, repairs, and small jobs on our residential projects. Pay is $26 to $34 an hour based on experience, Monday to Friday, daytime hours.

What you’ll do

• Close out punch lists so every job finishes clean
• Handle repair and small-job calls on your own: doors, trim, hardware, drywall patches, paint touch-ups, flooring, decks, siding, and gutters
• Support active projects with demo, framing, door and window installs, trim, and prep for the next trade
• Protect the home with floor protection, dust control, and a clean site every day
• Handle minor fixture and hardware swaps that don’t need a trade license; licensed electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work goes to our subs
• Pick up materials, check deliveries against the order, and flag problems the same day
• Log before and after photos and job notes from your phone
• Walk homeowners through the work, and come back for warranty and callback visits

What you bring

• 5+ years of residential remodeling, repair, or carpentry across several trades
• Solid finish carpentry: trim, casing, baseboard, doors, and hardware
• Drywall patching and finishing, plus paint prep and touch-up
• Flooring repairs and installs, including LVP and laminate
• Exterior repairs: deck boards and railings, siding, and gutters
• Your own hand tools and comfort with standard power tools
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Professional in clients’ homes: on time, clean, and clear about the work
