This hybrid role requires an onsite presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The Candidate Experience team is committed to delivering a world-class experience to both candidates and internal hiring teams. We are looking for an individual who can represent a genuine, warm, and friendly culture throughout the interview process. We are open to candidates with less direct experience who are highly interested in the role and are adaptable.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport recruiting coordination across multiple functions while contributing to Candidate Experience team projects and goals.Facilitate a high volume of virtual interviews, including phone screens, technical assessments, and complex interview panels.Act as the main point of contact for candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews.Develop strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels.Required Qualifications1+ years of Recruiting Coordination experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment.Proficiency with Google Suite, particularly Google Calendar.Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.Excellent time management abilities to handle competing priorities.Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.Ability to embrace change and work comfortably with ambiguity.Preferred QualificationsExperience with ModernLoop or similar scheduling systems.Familiarity with Slack.Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) like Greenhouse or interview scheduling software like Prelude.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
