Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Stepdown Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 3+ years in Medical Surgical, 2+ years in Stepdown/PCU License: New Hampshire RN license or Compact Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS, Active American Heart Association ACLS Must-Have: - Skills Checklist for Medical Surgical, current to 1 year - Skills Checklist for Stepdown/PCU, current to 1 year - 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employment - Own vehicle Description: Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients. Implement nursing standards in the processes of care. Patient ratios will be a maximum of 6:1. Support will be provided by 2 LNA's, a Nurse Lead, and a House Supervisor. Requests for time off during the assignment must be noted and verified upon submission. Requests for time off after submission will not be approved. No more than 5 days of time off will be accepted. Travelers may not take all holidays off, and must work two designated blocks. Work during Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and the weekend after. Work during Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after. Work during New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day and the weekend after. Previous travel experience is preferred. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Profile must include permanent address. Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment.
