Sisters on the Fly (SOTF), the largest Women’s Outdoor Adventure group in the country, joined us for an incredible 8-day Group Program hike through the lush mountainous area far from the tourist route.

SOTF spent their first night on our rainforest base near San Jose, and the next morning, began their trek in the southwest region of Costa Rica. Spirits were high and there was no shortage of laughter. The Sisters encountered a variety of animals and made stops along the way to swim in waterfalls, try on natural mud masks, and visit local homestay families where they learned how to cook traditional Costa Rican meals.

These strong women celebrated their hike in Manuel Antonio, one of the 10 top tropical beach towns in the world. They were privy to stunning sunset views and even spotted a sloth, parrot, White-Faced Monkeys, and more!
