The seven students on our Rainforest Hike & Homestay #3 are finishing up their seven-day hike between our Costa Rican homestays and will arrive at Manuel Antonio Beach tomorrow to begin boogie boarding and visit Manuel Antonio National Park. Zip-lining, whitewater rafting, waterfall rappelling and learning to cook authentic food are a few of the activities the students have experienced since they began their course!

Students in our Caribbean Scuba & Service #3 have spent the last week in Bocas del Toro, Panama sea kayaking, wake boarding, and learning how to scuba dive from Outward Bound Costa Rica’s Executive Director and Founder Jim Rowe. The group will be transferring to San San Pond Sak Wetlands tomorrow to work with sea turtles and perform other community service projects in the area.

“My favorite thing about the course so far has been wake boarding,” says Teymour V. from the United Arab Emirates. “I’m excited to keep having fun with the group during the rest of the course.”

“I feel like Outward Bound helps you to learn and become more experienced not only by yourself, but as a team,” says Seth L. from London, UK. “I’ve formed great bonds with all the other students.”
