This past weekend Team Allison (that is, the Marketing Office’s Allison Hodsdon and Allison Bates) took on the Rio Pejibaye with the Paddle & Dive course. After a brief introduction on river etiquette the whole crew was ready to take on some rapids! Along the way they had the chance to free-float in the river and also travel through an undercut. The trip ended with a stop at a local soda where the group sampled pejibayes, the river’s namesake, and feasted on casados, a plate of typical Costa Rican food. The Allisons had a great time with the group and their instructors–thank you!
