This past weekend the instructor crew headed out to Manuel Antonio beach to fine tune their life guarding skills. During the training, our instructors practiced safety procedures for everything from helping someone caught in a rip tide to bringing in unconscious victims. It is this tradition of continually reviewing critical skills that makes the staff at Outward Bound Costa Rica some of the best around!
