Week of August 10: Panama Service Expedition Update

It’s our last week of high season, I repeat, our last week! These lovely ladies are currently on the Panama Service Expedition. They have been having a blast in Panama doing some gnarly wakeboarding and upside down posing!

They’ve not just been playing hard though, they’ve been working hard as well! The girls have been kayaking to local communities, on off-the-grid islands, to make a lasting impact. They’ve also been cleaning up trash off the beach, and deworming stray dogs. They travelled to San San Pond Sak where they worked with leaders from the community to preserve the Leatherback sea turtle population. They even got to release some!!!

The girls arrived back to base last night and they have a busy day today where they’ll be earning their First Aid & CPR/AED certification, enjoying their final dinner and have a closing ceremony to celebrate their achievements on course!
